  2. I knew about the possibility of doing zorbing but had no idea it was called that! It’s an interesting reflection on the power of a word to influence what one is seeing because when I first saw this, the word that lodged in my brain was ‘ball’ and that coupled with the photo turned into ballroom in my mind. I still can’t get the image out of my mind of weird sort of hanging light fittings – modernist chandeliers! So it has this very useful abstract quality that stops it being pinned down (maybe a dedicated zorbist could!). It’s clever, colourful and fun to look at.

  3. Clever and fun, but what I like most are the few traces of grass on the outside, indicating earlier use.
