  1. Another piece of precision framing:) You clearly have an empathy for the American architecture and have been graced with good light and summer skies. I like this picture and can imagine its use in a magazine or colour supplement. It’s interesting how the tall building and frame, combined with the viewpoint and converging verticals hide the square an dinject dynamism into the, actually completely static, scene. Well done.

  2. I don’t want to repeat Mike’s words as he says all the good things about the picture. I just find it strange that post-modern architecture wants to recreate these ersatz styles, such as the neo-classical here. The Brits are just as bad with their post-modernism, if not worse: you only have to walk west from Westminster along the Thames to see some really crass architecture.
