  1. I could have sworn I left a comment here last night.

  2. I’ll try again ….
I have tried to take similar to this when struck by the incongruity of the ice cream vendor, who seems to be achieving little except perhaps protecting his pitch. The isolation of the van adds much to this effect. However, I doubt very much that I would have spotted the bonus that you have dared to make use of here, of the alignment of the van and the road markings. Did I say road markings, sorry I meant “Ice cream cone”.
This truly deserves the oft used phrase “well spotted” Rex!

    • Congrats. :-) I have this on the RPS website and I realised I should have called it Ice Cream Cone as nobody has yet spotted the ‘cone’. You are the first, thereby proving Stills is better than the RPS, never in doubt :-)

  3. A bit more cocktail glass than cone but never mind! It is a great alignment, whichever way one sees the road marking. The seagulls add to the melancholy air of a trader working against the (weather) odds. It’s a bit like a Martin Parr shot but seen from the other end of the telescope.
