  1. Rex – this is my favorite of the batch of photos you put up together, the only B&W. I like the perspective, it gives weight to the heavy stone walls and a sense that the path could continue on indefinitely around the corner ahead. The light on the stones of the path makes it like a reptile’s skin, all slick and polished in comparison to the rough dark stones of the walls either side. The sky looks to me as if it’s a result of a different process to the one used on the stone work below, it has a different feel to it, and a deluge seems distinctly likely!

    • It is one of my favourites too. I will probably print it, possibly after removing the TV antenna as that has received some negative comments. I post on an RPS forum and several forum members have noticed my obsession with corners in my compositions, so this is almost perfect! :-)
